Faces & Voices of Recovery, Pat Taylor

For too long those most affected by alcohol and other drug problems have been absent from the public policy debate. Faces & Voices of Recovery was founded in 2001 at a Summit in St. Paul, Minnesota to change that.  Since then Pat Taylor Executive Director Faces & Voices of Recovery & Phillip Valentine Executive Director Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) & a Board member at Faces & Voices of Recovery, have spear headed the effort to change the face, voice, and perception of recovery.
